Gear Up to Vote is a statewide voter education tour organized by the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin in collaboration with local leagues in 18 communities across the state. The tour launches in mid-July and we’ll travel the roads of Wisconsin through October.
Our colorful minivan will make frequent voter education stops at Wisconsin community events from the shores of Lake Michigan to the banks of the Mississippi River to the towns along Lake Superior and our southern border.
At these events we’ll register citizens to vote, help them find their polling place, inform them about acceptable types of photo ID, and let voters know where to find information about candidates and issues. Learn how you can gear up to vote.
Here's a short video highlighting the work of so many League members across the state. Read More
