JANESVILLE—Residents can learn how to become voters with a visit the Gear Up to Vote minivan, which will be parked at the Janesville Police Department during National Night Out, 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Volunteers from the non-partisan League of Women Voters of Wisconsin, will provide information on candidates, photo IDs, registration, polling locations and more during the stop at the event at 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville.

The minivan will stop at libraries, fairs, farmers markets and the like in communities around Wisconsin through mid-October, according to a league news release.
